Plastic Injection
| Injection at Cerode is intended to be complementary to electrical products. The company has set itself apart by combining stamping with overmoulding, thus offering technical parts for electrical applications.Cerode is specialised in the coil case (combining plastic and metal techniques). We have extensive experience in overmoulding—manual, semi automatic, continuous—using plastic or metal inserts, machined parts, cut strips, continuous wire, etc. We can also produce highly technical parts thanks to our partnership with Modetec, a renowned molding company. We master technical materials such as PEEK, LCP, PPS, as well as thermoplastics with our machine park composed of presses ranging from 30T to 150T. Our teams are able to work from the design phase to the production of moulds, including the creation of prototypes thanks to our integrated design office. |
